St. Titus One Power Word

“NO Change”
October is typically the month of change. Leaves change from their lively green color to a crusty brown through a series of between colors. The various colors of the changing foliage during this time of year can make for some beautiful landscape scenery.
“No Change”
Even the weather can make sometimes drastic changes during this month as it can be extremely hot during any given morning and then turn extremely cold that same day’s night. In fact, in Chicago it can be 80 degrees and before long that day become 40 degrees. For these reasons people in this area learn to keep an assortment of clothing just in case of the drastic change.
“No Change”
There is so much that can change in your life that it can be hard to keep up with them. You probably know many people that have exhibited change toward you from time to time. You start out and the person is this way in their treatment of you and before you can get comfortable with that way they change.
“No Change “
It is comforting to know that our God “Changes Not”, Mal. 3:6 says “I am the Lord God, I change not”. Since the recorded word tells us God does not change, why do we live with the notion that he did? Why do we insist that everything is so different from how God made it?
“No Change”
Matt. 24:35 that even the Word of God does not change, as a matter of fact Rev. 22:18-19 list the penalty God has for those that attempt to change his word. With all this being a biblically documented truth, why act or live like it is not. We have learned that our God is the same “yesterday, today and forever more”.
“NO Change”
Be encouraged that he who has been handling the entire universe since he created it is still also able to handle your issues and or affairs, “Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths”. So stop trying to do it on your own, come to service Sunday and let him fix your life.
