Deacons
The Deacon ministry is one of the ministries that was ordained specifically by God in biblical times and is still ordained to this day. We are responsible for the maintenance of the membership, as well as the physical church. In all things, we consider ourselves servants, constantly humbling ourselves and depending on God to provide strength. It has been is and will continue to be a privilege for any man to serve in the office of deacon well, as it obtains a good standing with God and society, and declares a great boldness in faith which is in Christ Jesus according to 1 Timothy 3:13. If you want to join our ministry, remember this God does not call the qualified, he qualifies the called.
Media
The Media Ministry is responsible for the audio/visual components of the ministry which includes taping the services each Sunday and ensuring they are broadcast ready. They are also responsible for preparing CD's for members who would like a copy of the service and making sure the audio for the choir and all speakers including the Pastor is Par Excellence!
Pastor's Aid
As team leader of the Pastors Aid Ministry, there are a few duties and responsibilities that are involved. Some of them are setting the right example of a Christian, getting to know the members in the church,and encouraging support of the Pastor throughout the membership. The Pastor Aid sponsors two major services a year and we showcase our Pastor during a Pastor's Anniversary in January of each year.
We love our Pastor and we constantly seek ways to assist him and the 1st family.
We believe that great support of our leader in turn provides great support of our ministry at large.
