And the Lord answered me and said "write the vision and make it plain upon the tables the tables that he may run that readeth it". Habbakkuk 2:2

I greet you in the precious name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. As we move forward in this ministry together it is important that we all share in the vision that the Lord has given me your Pastor:

The word of God says "where there is no vision the people perish". We have been called into service. We must be willing to go beyond what is required. No one attains very eminent success by simply doing what is required of them; it is the amount and excellence of what is over and above the required that determines ones greatness.

We must remember many are called, but few are chosen. St. Matthew 10:1 says And when he had called unto him his twelve disciples?, Jesus did not ask them would they like to be one of his disciples, nor did he force them; he chose them to serve him in a special way. We can choose to accept his calling or reject it. Make sure you do what is over and above what is required of you.

God has blessed us with so many gifts within our ministry. It is important that we activate these gifts so that the body of Christ may be edified. God has implanted in my spirit a gift of teaching his word and making it plain across all boundaries. We are a ministry that is committed to the membership at large and the community in which we live.We have many ministries designed to reach the total man, including our singles ministry, married couples ministry,women's ministry, men's ministry and youth ministry. We have achieved our goal of moving into a facility which allows us to grow spiritually and numerically. This facility is equipped with multi-purpose classrooms, which will be used for Christian education Ministry, but will also be used for our after school program.  This program will focus on social activities for our youth as well as tutoring services. We also plan to have a seasoned seniors club which will allow our seniors an opportunity to network with each other in a safe atmosphere. Through our ministry, the community will be able to get their GED, participate in computer literacy and job readiness programs. 

This will expand our ministries beyond the walls of our church facility. As we continue to give to our building fund and take the leap of faith, this vision will become a reality and will be empowered and equipped to help God's people in a better way.

God has given the Vision for St. Titus One M.B. Church. This is a unique ministry serious about serving God, as we grow bigger we must grow broader and better. We must have open hearts to welcome the new members into our church family. As we grow better we must continue to work with the sprit of excellence. We must realize that we represent the kingdom of God, and God requires our very best. 

With all the ministries God has blessed us with there is no reason for anyone to be a pew member. There is an opportunity for everyone to serve and to grow. God uses leaders of ministries as the conduit through which more people get involved. This is the only way the vision can be fulfilled.

When God says now is the season to share the vision with the people of God, leaders are to reemphasize the vision to their individual group, plant the seed, then activate the seed of commitment with the vision. This networking is the only way the vision can be shared with everyone.

I believe that God has called us for such a time as this. God has prepared us and continues to prepare us to go beyond average. We must be committed to this vision. I want to take us to the next level. I want us to keep moving higher in the Lord and I want us all to travel that way together. We must be a committed people who love God and people, we are chosen and we must not let God down. We must say to ourselves, if it is to be, it must begin with me. May God continue to bless you richly is my prayer.
